I would say CS CZ was an unfinished game, they put a lot effort into that shitty single player campaign and because of this the rest of the game suffered big time.
There are many problems with the movement, crosshairs that don't aim accurately, certain guns are completely broken, certain resolutions that break the engine and many many more. Just youtube videos that give actual game data because I won't be able to break it down in that much detail for you, there are tons of videos on youtube that have information on actual game data and break down certain aspects that are broken within the game that are actually game breaking.
